The MAV01 & MAV02 system is a high-performance, multi-stage filtration unit designed to significantly improve overall water quality. It is ideal for installation under your sink on the cold water line, providing a supply of clean, filtered drinking water straight from the tap.

The system is one of the only single stage filters on the market engineered to remove a wide range of contaminants without reducing your water flow, including chlorine, VOCs, heavy metals, lead, fluoride, viruses, bacteria, microplastics, PFAS and PFOA (often referred to as “forever chemicals”), as well as reducing bad taste, odour, and other harmful substances commonly found in mains water.

In terms of lifespan, the fluoride removal stage typically lasts between 4 to 6 months depending on usage and water quality, while the remaining filtration stages are designed to last up to 12 months.

In addition to this, the MAV02 offers enhanced limescale protection compared to the MAV01. This is achieved through an advanced anti-scale filtration stage that targets calcium and magnesium minurals and how the behave helping to inhibit the hard sticky formation of limescale and reduce mineral build up in appliances and kettles.

The system has been tested to perform effectively in water hardness levels up to 250 mg/L, delivering a noticeable improvement in water clarity and scale reduction in most areas.

In rarer cases where water hardness exceeds this level, particularly in very hard water areas, the filter is still effective but may result some carryover of scale. Any questions on system set up or other we are always happy to assist
